Photography package Q&As

For your photoshoot, I can also offer short form videography, recipe development, content writing, hiring a food stylist, talent or model, as well as locations. For more details, drop me a link at [email protected] and we can chat further.

I’m based in the Cotswolds and mostly shoot from my home studio, but I’m always up for an adventure! I love hitting the road to capture the magic at your location. Whether you’re in the UK or abroad, I’m game to bring your vision to life wherever you are. So drop me a line for a custom quote.

There’s no such thing as ‘too soon’ when it comes to planning! I recommend getting in touch at least 6 weeks ahead of your shoot, especially during the busy spring and autumn seasons (Hello Easter and Christmas holidays!). This gives us plenty of time to source props, scout the perfect locations, if necessary, and create a solid photoshoot plan that will ensure everything runs smoothly.

To lock in your photography date, just get in touch and fill out the booking form and pay a 50% deposit. We’ll also need you to sign a contract to make everything official and ensure we’re both on the same page about the project details.

I love working with small or independent producers and business and understand that sometimes budgets don’t stretch as far as we’d like. I’m always happy to discuss flexible options. For more details, drop me a link at [email protected] and we can chat further.

Before we begin the shoot, we’ll chat about how you plan to use the images. Based on that, I’ll create a licensing agreement that grants you the rights to use the photos, tailored to your media, location, and duration needs – similar to how music is licensed for TV. Depending on the specifics of the project and your requirements, this may incur a licensing fee.

The entire copyright and ownership of the images will always be retained by me, the photographer.

There’s no limit to the number of images; all photos captured will be delivered based on the agreed brief and style of imagery. Depending on the licensing agreement, you’ll have the rights to use the images across digital platforms (website, social media, online ads) and, if specified, in select print media (such as brochures, flyers, event materials, and PR).

Typically, I deliver the full gallery within 6 weeks. However, if you need the images sooner, expedited delivery with a 2-week turnaround is available for an additional fee. I’ll also send you a sneak peek gallery a few days after the shoot to get your feedback on the editing style. This gives you a handful of images – usually 5-10, depending on your package, within about a week, so you can start sharing right away.

All images will be available for download in both high-resolution and web formats via a private, password-protected gallery.
